Tonight from 8pm we again will feature Gary Griffin's new opus plus another highlight Adam Marsland's forthcoming Mod Hippie Big Wow Project….The new Mod Hippie album features David Marks of the Beach Boys on lead guitar, D.J. Bonebrake of X on drums, Mike Schnee, Teresa Cowles, Connor Claxton, Jason Berk, Matt Zook and of course Adam Marsland producing and playing various things – all backing the lead vocals, songs and vision of Doug McGuire. It includes a blistering version of Elvis Costello's anti-Fascist anthem "Night Rally" plus the singles "Psycho Romeo" and "150 Levers." ………………Then capping the night off with SMiLE,….We had lists of 14 track SMiLE lps from Treeske and Stephen The Mad Hatter did his usual tribute and Gary Knight sent in a fab list of songs from 1967 that SMiLE would have been up against so we have one helluva night ahead,www.radiojj.co.uk
